Re: Winners & Daily Raffle

Been so busy I haven't put over 100 miles on the bike this year but hopefully, things will be back to normal by next June. Did I read that correctly? Your bike didn't top 100 miles all year? The only time my bike didn't top 100 miles all year is when it was sitting on the showroom floor of the deal...

Frank - The message board is in a state of limbo until we can decide how to change the registration process. There's a backlog of 1800+ spammers trying to gain access from all over the world. For now, staff is holding off on tending it for the time being. Well, that's a bummer. I hope they get thin...

Re: Americade 2018 Review

I had a problem with the parking pass at FWH when I stayed there. I could tuck mine behind the windshield but it still blew off. Perhaps a "wristband" for parking. It could be attached to the handlebar and would stay on and be easily visible to the attendants.

Would like to apologize to everyone going to the Americade. We decided to come up for just a few days. When we made room reservations the weather forecast called for good weather. As soon as we were all set with a room the forecast changed and calls for rain the 2 days we will be there. Again sorry...

Re: Fort William Henry Question

Hi Patty,
FWH is a good choice for lodging for sure. You can eat in the dining room at the FWH but there are some other options. Right across the street is the Adirondak Pancaks house and just down the street is the Cafe Vero, both very good and a quick walk.

Re: 2018 wing

[ I thought the GoldWing F6B was the "little smaller and lighter" GoldWing having dropped the big rear trunk. Then you have the GoldWing Valkyrie which drops just about everything else. They all have the same basic frame and engine. So the added bulk of the full GoldWing is what makes it ...
